Measuring 1,080 sq. ft. these bungalows offer the complete Polynesian lagoon experience with views of the beach, mountain and lagoon. The spacious living room has seating for four, including a pullout sleeper sofa and opens on to the deck, which offers direct access to the lagoon. The bedroom also opens on to the deck and furnishings include a king bed, plasma screen TV and an oversized bathtub specially designed for relaxing while enjoying marvelous lagoon views.

Measuring 1,120 sq. ft. these suites are similar to the Overwater Bungalows in furnishings and expansive lagoon views, but have the added enhancement of a private plunge pool off the bedroom. The bedroom offers unobstructed views of the lagoon.

Perfect for privacy and relaxation these expansive suites offer the finest Polynesian overwater experience. Encompassing 1,575 sq. ft. of exquisite luxury, they have the most stunning views of the lagoon and Mount Otemanu. Similar to the One-Bedroom Overwater Bungalows including the private plunge pool off the bedroom, these bungalows feature a more spacious living room with dining room for four, a larger deck with a covered pavilion and guest bathroom.

Ideal for families or two couples these villas sit on a gleaming, secluded white-sand beach. Each has its own enclosed garden, brimming with coconut trees, bougainvilleas and tiare (the Tahitian gardenia). Measuring 3,230 sq. ft. they feature a large entrance foyer, a living room with seating for six, and adjacent dining room for up to six guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed, plasma TV, ensuite bathroom with lovely garden views, a large private deck and its own whirlpool nestled in the garden. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a plasma TV and garden views from its bathroom.
