Required Documents: U.S. and Canadian citizens must have a passport valid for six months after your return date. Citizens of other countries should consult the French Consulate. French Consulate Los Angeles office Tel # 310-235-3200. It is solely the passenger's responsibility to research and obtain all complete and current documentation required for travel outside your home country. Reservations should be made in your name as it appears on your passport as airline tickets must match your passport. Deposits & Payments: A $100 - $200 per person, non-refundable deposit is required at the time booking to hold your reservation. Special deposit/payment conditions apply to itineraries including Club Med, cruises and yacht charter programs. This information will be given on request at the time of booking. Final Payment: Full payment is due 50 - 75 days prior to departure. Some specials must be paid in full within fourteen days of confirmation. Receipt of full payment is deemed your instruction to the tour operator to write the airline ticket and your acknowledgement of the rules of the airfare. Late Booking: Bookings made within 30 days of departure require a $50 charge to expedite processing and ensure prompt receipt of tour documents. If express mail is required, an additional charge may be assessed. Note: Some tour operators have exception to this fee. Modifcation: For each change made after your original booking request is confirmed there will be a service charge of $50. If tour documents have already been prepared an additional $50 - $100 will be assessed. Cancellation: If you must cancel, please note that deposits and modifications fees are non-refundable. For cancellations received within 30 days of departure you will be charged the above mentioned amounts plus any fees assessed by the airlines, hotels, or tour companies. Special cancellation policies apply to itineraries including Club Med, cruises and yacht charters. Cancellation/Travel Insurance: Protect your vacation investment with the purchase of travel insurance. The insurance premium will vary for each individual tour operator. A quote and summary of coverage will be sent to you at the of making your reservation. International Airfare: All tour packages and customized vacations are based upon an economy class fare from Los Angeles as specified in each itinerary. Fares used require that tickets be issued in advance and have substantial penalties should your itinerary be modified or cancelled after the tickets have been written. Refunds: Tour operators will process refunds for unused accommodations, transfers, tours or other services provided that requests are accompanied by a signed statement from the service supplier that a refund is in order. No refund will be made for accommodations or services used, or for unused days at Club Med, cruises or yacht charters. Unused meals are not refundable. Terms and Conditions: Your payment of the deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation shall constitute consent to all terms and conditions of the tour operator. A comprehensive outline of the terms and conditions of the tour operator will be presented to you at the time of confirmation. Travel Documents: You will receive your tour documents about 10 days prior to your departure, provided that you have made full payment.
